LA Loop is Scheduled to Play Against a Former NBA Guard Gilbert Arenas!!

As you know, the legendary the Drew League is one of the best Pro-Am basketball league in the US. In 40-year-history of the league, so many NBA players including LeBron James and Kobe Bryant have played in the league and attracted local neighbors in Compton area. In the 2011 season, LA Loop played against a current super star of Oklahoma City Thunder, Kevin Durant. At that time, we couldn’t stop Durant and realized that a huge gap existed between NBA players and LA Loop.

On coming June 15th, LA Loop is scheduled to play against one of the legendary NBA stars again. A former NBA guard Gilbert Arenas leads his team MHP in the Drew League and will play against LA Loop.

I don’t know if it is because of his knee injury, he didn’t show his quickness on the last game. But, he still has his great skills and understand how to play the game.

Different from the previous seasons, LA Loop has been in a great condition in this season. We got some diffusive players like Kris Lawrie and inside players who can get points as well as take rebounds. In the offense side, well-experienced player Billy Knight leads the team and Vince Camper creates scoring chances. It’s still difficult to stop Arenas, but if we can play as a team, it is not impossible to defeat the MHP. As the team owner Yo said we are ready to play agains any team.

LA Loop is trying to bring some greatest Japanese guard players to the Drew League. So, you will have a chance to see the much-up of a Japanese great point guard and Gilbert Arenas!!

Don’t forget to come to watch this game on June 15th at 12:30 pm!
